Block native YouTube ads #189

Would there be any way to block native YouTube ads? I mean, you can skip them, but only if they're skippable, and you can mute them.

I mean probably not as otherwise you would have implemented it.

I can you tell that on Google Chrome I could use this extension to practically bypass some ads that didn't get blocked by my AdBlocker by increasing playback speed to maximum (16x speed). This seems to be related to #157 . As explained there, I haven't been able to make it happen, since YouTube filters server side the messages that the TV receives.

Ok thanks. Didn't see that one. A shame that there doesn't seem to be any solution for that.
