the GUI setup crashes when trying to remove a device, looks like it's trying to remove the device in channel list?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
run setup in docker
Click to remove an existing 'YouTube on TV' device
See error
Expected behavior
able to remove device
