Allow for better window resizing #554

Elegit will allow you to resize the window, but the Local Repository section is quite large and won't shrink very far. Make the whole app much more responsive and better about working in a smaller window. It used to be better than this; we had some sort of regression here.

In particular, allow column resizing., such as for the working tree.
