Changed the + and - symbols on the buttons for loading repos and removing repo shortcuts to pictures of repos with + or - in the bottom right corner. I also moved them to the left, so they made sense intuitively with the dropdown. I also added a "Current Repository:" label for the dropdown with a default prompt text of None.
