CommitLabelFXTest should be rewritten to not use BitBucket #614

This test should be rewritten like the other tests we have so as not to be dependent on a particular Bitbucket repo that could disappear at any time. It should also be structured more like one of our other FX tests.

This is becoming more irritating because it sporadically breaks, and we need to rule out BitBucket connectivity being an issue. Raising priority to high.
