'Delete Selected and All Children' feature not operating #7

I selected specific collections to remove, and then clicked the 'Delete Selected and All Children' under the 'Collection' tab. No result was seen. The error log showed: Delete Collection Error

The only way to remove a collection is to rebuild the whole database which takes time.
