update error #454

when i puted newer version of tool from 21.03 to 21.04 and trying to join in game shows me red error in console error: err task_commtradersteam (ch=0) exc ticks must be beetween date time minvalue. ticks and date time ticks parametrname ticks. and server kicked me cant join

puted 21.06 and after 1st join in servers others cant join
