Bounties does not work #461

Latest version installed on A21 B324

/bounty in game does nothing and does not work

Started working when Wallet was enabled. Should update the instructions on what is relient on what as /list also dont work

Bounties does not return a list of userid's when typing bounty as per the readme.

Ok, I will update the tool. It was not been updated in years

Thank you. Will log another "potential" bug I picked up with Entity cleanup

After some testing we found that Bounties are not being given to the player after killing the bounty. The bounty also just remains in the list
