Sort out syndication error #4

Since upgrading to Splunk version 8.1.0.1, I'm now getting this error:

Likely cause is the switch to Python 3, and I should probably upgrade to the latest version of that module, or deprecate it if it doesn't have Splunk 8 support.

Looks like even the latest version of the plugin does not work. I've filed a bug with the project author: https://github.com/LukeMurphey/splunk-syndication-input/issues/3
