Fix high/low resolution for interface and remote image #315

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install androidVNC in a tablet with Android CyanogenMod 9.1.0
2. Connect to remote desktops at different screen resolutions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to use the 1280x800 tablet screen resolution, but both the application 
interface and VNC image are of 320x200 or similar.

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?
Version 0.5.0 from F-Droid.

Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform?
x11vnc from Ubuntu GNU/Linux

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)?
1280x800, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 853x533, 960x600

What device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (GT-P5110)

Are you using a custom ROM?  If so, which?
CyanogenMod 9.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.
The main target is Ubuntu for Android

Any target where I connect to, screen jumps to 544x320 resolution with 64 
colors (1bpp) and not the physically 1280x800 at true color available.
