[WIP] Use stream fusion approach to make univerrse with prevented sharing

There are few things to do (at the very least):

• [ ] better & fairer (+*+)
• [ ] how to make Universe [a]
• [ ] how to make Universe (a -> b)
• [ ] benchmark, and probably even test that this approach is fast and runs (mostly) in constant space

Some notes:

• I tried to make this with Tree-based approach first, but (+*+) was hard.
• foldr/build variant is hard too.
