some combinations of cmssw/scram on lxplus6 make voms-* fail #1103

this is due to new voms-proxy-* in Java :-(

conclusion so far is that it may only be when using SL6 builds of CMSSW_6 which has SL5 as production arch (CMSSW 7 appears OK). But need to keep an eye

only happens with scram arch slc6_amd64_gcc472 which is not used for any production release
