validate with python 2.7.6 #1111

Dear all,

I've prepared a special IB with an updated version of python (i.e. 2.7.6):

    CMSSW_7_2_DEVEL_X_2014-06-04-1400

and subsequent ones. Can you please check everything is fine on your sided and give me the ok for merging this in the official CMSSW IB?

can't use in crab2 until I fix #1113

needed fixes in: cms_cmss.py SchedulerRemoteGlidein.py ScriptWriter.py

other then the fixes to use CMSSW_2_7_DEVEL... , it works.
