with ref. to https://github.com/dmwm/CRAB2/blob/master/python/Submitter.py#L380 the report to dashboard should instead be a string with the actual list of destination site. Up to 1k characters can be passed. It is difficult that list is longer, but when it is we can put "Many_More" or similar as last site. after the first "," at the left of char 990.
