crab -help complaints about ERROR: unterminated #829

since some version earlier then 283

2) crab -help command works fine, but when I come back to the command line, the following message is written: *\ ERROR: unterminated B<...> at line 307 in file /tmp/vargas/tmpI_7C1D.pod

fix tested and committed /local/reps/CMSSW/COMP/CRAB/python/crab_help.py,v <-- crab_help.py new revision: 1.171; previous revision: 1.170
