allow remoteGlidein to use ssh insead of gsissh #836

also look into host actually being user@host which may be useful for ssh

ideally could support that transparently

submission host configuration file now allows a syntax like: 'serverName' :'ssh:crab@submit-4.t2.ucsd.edu'

committed, partially tested, for full test need an rCondor submission host with ssh access.
