better gsissh config. params for remoteGlidein #857

Hi Stefano.

You should add -o BatchMode=yes -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no to your ssh commands.

This will prevent the problem Andrea had some time ago, when he first tried to connect to a sshd server.

will need a new ProdCommon tag for Crab client

the new tag is PRODCOMMON_0_12_18_CRAB_48 and I added to PrepareTaball

/local/reps/CMSSW/COMP/CRAB/python/PrepareTarBall.sh,v <-- PrepareTarBall.sh new revision: 1.187; previous revision: 1.186
