remove checkLcg from cmscp.py #909

well.. assuming there's still a slim change of an old version of lcg-cp laying around which does not like --timeout, I will simply wrap it in some try/pass.

simple fix committed /local/reps/CMSSW/COMP/CRAB/python/cmscp.py,v <-- cmscp.py new revision: 1.96; previous revision: 1.95
