basically there's a lot of place where "location" word is used in CRAB code since before PNN/PSN introduction and maybe the best is to "learn" that location means PSN. OTOH we do not have a clear way to report that the PNN in PhEDEx/DBS has no usable location defined for. I will start by addressing the latter point. And will think about changing location to "processing location" or processing site. The tricky part will be to avoid inconsistencies since in a few places we really talk about file location (PNN).
