add `crab kill` to Jenkins client validation

I have added a simple crab kill via https://github.com/dmwm/CRABServer/pull/6963 But we need also

[ ] add crab kill --killwarning to tests (at least that it runs, even if not that warning appears in crab status)

which requires to master clientValidation.sh better/more than I do now. Will reduce priority and possibly hand to someone else
