This is the e-group which controls who has access to OpenStack
CMS CRAB project
currently CRAB people need to be added (and removed) individually to that
e-group by cms-openstack-project-admins (which I presume is the VOC and
possibly L1's ?)
We should have cms-service-crab-sysadmins put in there instead, so we can control ourselves
