pagination links do not remember DBS instance in DAS2GO #4285

e.g. start from https://cmsweb.cern.ch/das2go/request?instance=prod%2Fphys03&view=list&input=file+dataset%3D%2FChargedHiggs_sChannel_M300_Pythia8_13TeV_Madgraph_V2%2Fmather-RunIISummer16DR80Premix-16ca0fac1b892ff3c3d45d801745cbbf%2FUSER&idx=50&limit=50

which says Showing 1—50 records out of 200. then try the next link at the right, get an error, because the next button points to https://cmsweb.cern.ch/das2go/request?input=file%20dataset=/ChargedHiggs_sChannel_M300_Pythia8_13TeV_Madgraph_V2/mather-RunIISummer16DR80Premix-16ca0fac1b892ff3c3d45d801745cbbf/USER&idx=50&&limit=50

where the DBS instance is lost. Instead in DAS GUI the next link points to https://cmsweb.cern.ch/das/request?instance=prod%2Fphys03&view=list&input=file+dataset%3D%2FChargedHiggs_sChannel_M300_Pythia8_13TeV_Madgraph_V2%2Fmather-RunIISummer16DR80Premix-16ca0fac1b892ff3c3d45d801745cbbf%2FUSER&idx=50&limit=50

By the way, in DAS the page has pagination links <first | prev | next | last> also at the bottom, while in DAS2GO they are only at top. I like to find find next at hand when I scroll all the way down and it is not enough :-)

fixed on cmsweb-testbed, will schedule in June upgrade
