increase files per block to 500 #1747

Can we increase the default block size to 500 and maybe the timeout per block to 24 hours?

metson: What about going larger? Do DataOps have a plan for how to increase block sizes over the next months?

gutsche: No plans yet. But a good point, we should talk about it during the T1 disk and tape workshop 23/24 June.
