Limit number of simultaneous background cp operations #7

Hi, I just (foolishly) tried to cp every file in a dataset to my computer in the background. Java ate all my memory and I had to reboot my computer. It would be nice if there was a queue of some sort, so that only 4 or so downloads are running at once.

Nice test. Yup, queue can work fine in this case. Will do it.
