Update twiki links, current ones were outdated

This PR was tested on our online playback machines.

@arooshap This PR will need to be also tested on the DQMGUI on vocms0731 :)

Hi The change is a simple url by another, so I am not sure if it is worthwhile the test. Thank you in advance

The changes have been incorporated in the release HG2404a. Let me know if it is okay for production!
