[DQMGUI] updates on shift page plots of GUI of GEM offlineDQM

In this PR, update and extends the part of offlineDQM for GEM. The details are following:

• efficiency vs eta using the global muons
• residual distributions

This PR is now deployed on our Offline test machine. Unfortunately I cannot find any dataset that shows actual data for the histograms you added. Is the data expected to be present in older runs as well?

of course, I checked the histograms of offline DQM GUI at older run datasets. for example, I used dataset of below

Run2024D-PromptReco-v1-380625-380627__DQMIO.root

and you can check to added offline DQM shift page histograms.

@Dongwoon77 I uploaded those datasets to the offline-test machine but I still don't see any of the new histograms filled:

Can you check the below dataset?

DQM_V0017_R000382343_StreamExpress_Run2024F_Express_v1_DQMIO.root

and move to check workspace GEM -> Shift/GEM space.

Probably, it it filled at new histograms
