What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clicking System Check! in Gcalendar menu
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expeted : Checks.

I get :
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
to complete your request

Error only occurs on the hosted site (via www.one.com)
on my personal (test) wamp server everything works fine.

What version are you using?
GCalendar: 2.1.2
joomla: 1.5.14
php: 5.2 (www.one.com helpdesk told me)
mysql: 5.0.32-Debian_7etch10-log
apache:
os: linux
Browser:

Please provide your web site url.

do you have some error logs, which are giving me some more information's what 
is the
cause of this error??

Sorry, no error logs available.(yet?)

I Did install version 2.0.1 of Gcalendar just now, and this works fine.

also contacted my host's helpdesk, but only thing they could up with is that it 
probably is a problem with htaccess.txt

But this I do not believe. Unless there is a htaccess specificly for the 
Gcalendar 
plugin.

no there are no dependencies with .htaccess....

Does anybody know where I can find the code for the check part of the 
module.(i'm a 
php newbe)

There should be some code in there that my provider does not like.

this issue tool will be closed soon.....all issues are moved to the new
forum section @ the g4j forum please post further comments there, this
decision was made because everything is in one place then
