Would you consider adding a LICENSE file to your repo? I'd love to include this data as part of https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/covid-19-open-data but I need to make sure that we have the appropriate permission to republish the data.

Hi This is open source data so you can use it as you want If you need me to add License file to make sure that you have the appropriate permission to use this data, would be great if you"ll help me to choose correct license type Thanks for using this data
