documentation enhancement for OSX #203

Since OSX doesn't come with wget, we should let user know to install it using

$ brew install wget

We can close this since we're doing Docker now right?

Closed because all one needs to do now is to install Docker and then type the two commands on the README. If we have problems with getting Docker setup though, we can raise issues here.
