Related to #77 Please provide a valid license file in PyPI. Maybe as well with subfolders contrib, docs (prebuilt) and extra.

I'll include the license file tomorrow and let you know when I upload it to pypi.

Version v0.7.3 has been uploaded to PyPI and includes the LICENSE file.
