vpoller-client on zabbix 4.2 problem

I had install the env and the vpoller on my server. as below error:

It seems something is wrong with the way you installed it.

Also please use Python 3, as v2 will be EOL soon.

I had reinstall the zabbix 4.2 env. python 2.7 and run the "$pip install vpoller" the install process as below:

but I can not find"/etc/vpoller/vpoller.conf"
