Upgrade to Knockout 2.2 #6

The latest version of Knockout supports $index from inside a foreach binding that I'd like to use. Can you please upgrade to the latest version of KO?

@noorani786 I'm sorry, but I don't have time to continue maintaining this gem. If you want to take over it, I'll give you full push access to the repo. Otherwise, send a pull request and hopefully I'll merge and release it.

@noorani786 you can now publish the gem. For that use the rake task rake release.

Good luck with it and please keep this gem in a good shape :)

Hi, I was just wondering what the status of this gem is now. I, too, was hoping to use the latest knockout version. In the meantime I'm just including the js files directly, but I prefer to get vendor files from a gem for maintenance reasons.

@collex I'm no longer maintaining this gem. @noorani786 is supposed to take over this gem but I don't see anything done by him yet. @noorani786 can you update please?

Hey guys,

I ended up not using this gem and am just using the default knockout-rails gem. As a result, I won't be able to provide support for it. Sorry about that.
