Does Parliament2 run Delly translocations? #63

It is reported as one of the outputs: delly.translocation.vcf: representing translocation calls made by Delly2 Thou, it does not exist as one of the inputs. Does Parliament2 run Delly translocations?

At this time, Parliament2 does not run Delly translocations.
