fasta fetcher should use the email address from the active user's DNAnexus account #36

The viral-ngs-fasta-fetcher currently requires the user to input his or her email address. Is it possible to pass in the email address for the user's DNAnexus account?

Discussed internally with @psung, I don't think there's a current hook for fetching email address of user, but this may become possible in the near/medium future, so I'll leave it open for now, in hope that this can be addressed by our upcoming core service enrichment.
