Expose --JVMmemory for assemble_trinity, or auto-scale based on instance size #58

It would be helpful to expose the --JVMmemory parameter of assemble_trinity via the DNAnexus interface (default is 4G). Alternatively, the value could be scaled based on the instance size.

scaling to instance size makes the most sense to me...
