Original PR: #5; applied patch to DNAnexus fork instead of remote branch for unpacking of secure Travis environment variable used for DNAnexus login and job initiation.

Note to self. TODO: add automatic testing of fasta-fetcher applet to Travis.

Discussed with Alpha, current plan to test manually with fasta fetching and checking output.

Validated fasta fetching on Lassa genome.

There are unit tests for the fetching functions as of last night, now merged into the ct-multialign branch along with the new interface.
