actually wait a sec... sorry, I think this applet is not the one I'm looking for, and it's not even normally exposed in the featured project. I think I can do what I want with the abridged assembly pipeline, closing this for now!
Currently, the viral-ngs-bwa-count-hits standalone applet wants to take a BWA-indexed fasta tarball as input. Can this be changed to two input fields instead: a required fasta input and an optional index file (which the applet would create itself if it weren't provided one)?
This would be a nice step forward for users being able to do a lot of simple evaluation of data on their own with just the web UI.
