The featured project page does not show the viral-ngs-assembly-analysis applet, but the CI project does. But the CI project's applet is not usable by itself, because it wants the viral-ngs tarball as a required input. The releases (and the CI project) do not show this tarball anywhere on the web UI.
Is there a way that the applet can be built with its resources tarball input defaulted to the same tarball that the assembly-Generic workflow uses as a default for the deplete stage? That way people can just run this last step by itself. I'm finding that it's a really useful tool for folks in isolation: it's just an align, compute stats, plot coverage step.
In addition, can it be included in the utilities for releases on the featured project page?
