SHA sum validation
Observed drift in contig naming (SRR1553418-0 to SRR1553318-1). Changed SHA256 comparison logic to remove contig names first and only compare sequence content to circumvent possible future drifts in contig-naming convention. The target assemblies used to generate the SHA256 sums for comparison are deposited in the viral-ngs CI project, validation_assembly folder
