Coverage remained the same at 93.408% when pulling 659a3f7a5e69e435820244b742468c4df8b013cc on xunjieli:dv_max_alleles_per_site into 92b2206b263420d928dcb984dbdb32ad40a62d20 on dnanexus-rnd:master.

Should we set this in the DeepVariantWGS and DeepVariantWES presets as well?

@mlin Good point! Done. Forgot there are actually three DeepVariant presets.
