Manifest filename will now be created per user #75

The manifest will now be created per user in /tmp, which allows the parallel use of dxfuse with multiple users logged in.

Thank you for the PR. A similar change has now been released in https://github.com/dnanexus/dxfuse/releases/tag/v1.1.0 where the manifest is stored in $HOME/.dxfuse.
