Main update

Nebular emission from AGNs can now be included.
Nebular emission parameters have been overhauled. Please take a look at the sample parameters_master file and docs for more info.

Smaller changes

Removed HII_T from parameters_master: It was used to calculate recombination rate but it was easy to get it confused with the average temperature of the HII region. Whereas in the code the temperature profile is calculated by CLOUDY itself.
Lookup table now works only for young stars. For Post-AGB stars , AGNs if CLOUDY run crashes, now the user is informed where the output file is so that they can look for more info

Apart from this, some bugs were quashed as usual.
