particle dust information is redundant and useless #191

in arepo we had a particle dust field because we used to smooth parttype3 into partype0 -- this is no longer the case and all particle_dust information is redundant.

we should get rid of the coordinates fields, and rename the elemental abundances fields to just 'dust' to be consistent with the rest of pd.

just kidding we need this to be consistent with the fact that we have/need it for sph-type simulations
