ForwardMii Error #28

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download CustomizeMii 2.1
2. Load a channel
3. Go to forwader => complex forwader

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I don't have the forwader window.I have a error message "The format of the
chain of entry is incorrect" (translation from french "Le format de la
chaîne d'entrée est incorrect")

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I use the last version (2.1) on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

I see that the ForwardMii plugin in CustomizeMii 2.1 is the old 1.1
version.I update it to 1.2 but there is still an error.

And sorry for my bad english,i'm french :)

There's no version 1.2 of ForwardMii, only 1.02 which is older than 1.1 and
won't
work with CustomizeMii 2.1!
I haven't any idea what's causing that issue (or even what it wants to tell us
o_O)..
I'll try to find it out.

Sorry.
Even with the 1.1 version on ForwardMii I have the error message "The format of
the
chain of entry is incorrect".
It's when I want to create a complex Forwarder...

I'm really clueless.. For me it works correctly. As the message is in french,
it's an
error that Windows throws out, but I don't get what's wrong there..

I precise 2-3 things :

I have Windows 7 x64
With CustomizeMii 2.01 it's working :)
And I have the good libogc !

So it's a strange bug.
If you want more informations : corenting@gmail.com

I'm also on Win 7 x64 and it works..
What did you enter into the textboxes for the Forwarder?

Nothing :)
I have the error message when I click on Complex Forwarder (simple forwarder is
working).
Maybe I have some outdated libraries :)

Good Evening !

I have the same issue as Corenting.
I have Windows 7 32 bits
CustomizeMii 2.1 was downloaded from the download section.
For testing i try to load this wad :
http://customizemii.googlecode.com/svn/branches/Base_WADs/MPlayer_CE_Short.wad

Then when i go to the Options tab and click on "forwarder" button and select
"Complex
Forwarder" then i have an message box which tell me
"Input String Format is not Correct"

Thanks your great work and your support !

I'm also a french dude, so be nice with my english ;-)

bye.

I got a clue what it might be.
Could one of you attach a screenshot of the about page or simply tell me
!EXACTLY!
what the line "You're using Version *** of the ForwardMii Plugin" says?

Not sure about this, but could you try this version?
Just replace the exe with yours.

@sebastien: did you choose waninkoko's nandloader? if yes, it's a bug with the
current version and already fixed for the next.

glad to hear it works this way, i assume it's an error with french windows
versions,
although i don't really know what exactly causes the error.

Hi Leathl !

Yes i choose the Waninkoko nandloader because it seems that the comex doesn't
work
with the Mplayer CE :-(

So i have to wait the next version :-/

Nevertheless, thank you for your really good and fast support.

As a workaround, create a wad with the complex forwarder + comex's nandloader,
then
load the resulting wad, choose the internal dol and switch the nandloader to
waninkoko's :)
