What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send zip file
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
zip file to be sent, instead get message at 16% connection refused by 
remote host

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Sending dol files is ok.

wiiload for the same zip file works fine.
