Cannot Connect #51

I'm getting a connection failed network. Does the Wii need to be on the
same wireless network as the PC? Mine are on different Wi-Fi connections.

I assume so, the PC must somehow be able to "see" the Wii and the Wii must be 
in HBC
and connected of course.
