Complex forwarder don't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Creating forwarder
2.Complex forwarder (comex and wanin)
3.Simple forwarder works fine !

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"You may try the libogc from customizemii download page"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
customizemii 3.11, Seven 32bits

Well, did you actually try it with the libogc from the downloads section? I'm 
sure
it's a problem with your setup, as it works for me and countless of other 
people.

Wich I must do with the libogc.rar?

I've been downloaded it, but i didn't know how do with it ! Or how install 
that...

Well, in order to use the complex forwarder, you have to install devkitPPC and 
copy
the libogc dir into the devkitPro dir.
There are several guides on how to setup devkitPro on Windows, google should 
help.
