Customizemii will not work for Wii Menu 4.2 #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Retrying the wiiload method. No go.
Using a WAD Manager. No go.
Using CrazyInstaller. No go.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installing... in the WAD Manager line, but it ends up with: ERROR! (ret = 1029) 
Ever since I updated to 4.3U

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version on Windows Vista Home Premium SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
I'll try downgrading IOS36 see what happens.
