Portable.Licensing with runtime .net 3.5 #56

One of my application is built in 3.5, so i am not able to use Portable.Licensing with runtime 4.0. Can you please suggest if Portable.licensing is available in 3.5?

I took the source code of portable.licensing and started to move to .net 3.5 but BouncyCastle.Crypto is on .net 4.0, can i have this one on 3.5 please?
