Allow user to specify GPG key, or default if not provided. #32

Just like it says. My software signing key is not my default/personal key. I'm new to ruby, so apologies if the way I've done this is non-rubyesque. :-)

Thanks for the two pull requests, I've merged them into the master branch. Although I needed to resolve a conflict with the bin/prm file!

Also, I had to make a small update (after the merge) to bin/prm to make the execute method in Clamp a bit more consistent. Thanks again for the pull requests, and I've pushed 0.2.6 to rubygems.org
